CXO Mindset

TL;DR Most people are bad at getting the attention let alone the support of c-suite executives. Lets start with the more obvious scale and ways of working challenges with the c-suite you might experience: they don’t have a lot of time, often loyalty is earned by differentiated thinking that requires more context than can be superficially harvested right away, and they make BIG investment decisions on a very FAST timeline.

Goal: Get into the mind of a CXO. C-Suite should feel reassured and trust you  quickly. By understanding the CXO, you become miles ahead of anybody who comes into the room talking about cost and ease of implementation.
